Student Performance Overview

Best Care College (BCC) is proud to share the performance outcomes of its students and graduates with current students, prospective applicants, and the general public. This report includes retention and placement rates for BCC Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and LPN-to-Registered Nurse (RN) programs, covering the following enrollment periods:

• LPN Program: October 2022 – September 2023
  LPN-to-RN Program: January 2022 – December 2022
• These figures were submitted to our accrediting agency, ACCSC, as part of the 2025 Annual Report.

NCLEX Pass Rates

Also included are the NCLEX pass rates for the 2024 calendar year, based on the most recent full-year data available from the New Jersey Board of Nursing.

• The retention rate reflects the percentage of students who remained enrolled throughout the designated 12-month (LPN) or 18-month (LPN-to-RN) period without withdrawing.
• The placement rate indicates the percentage of graduates who were eligible and able to work and successfully secured employment as Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Registered Nurses (RNs).
• The NCLEX is a nationally standardized examination required for licensure in New Jersey and all other states. Graduates must pass this exam to become licensed LPNs or RNs.
• The NCLEX pass rate represents the percentage of Best Care College graduates who passed the exam on their first attempt.
